Practice, Patience,

Persistence.

“Bury your mind deep in your heart, and watch the body move by itself.”

About Me

My name is Giorgia, I’m from Genova, Italy, and I’ve been living in Copenhagen for 5 years.

Yoga has made its way in my life slowly but constantly. I did my first teacher training in Rishikesh (India). After that I kept studying this amazing philosophy with different teachers, in a wide range of styles, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Dharma. In September 2024 the 500h teacher training Life Of A Yogi, at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York, with Sri Dharma Mittra gave me the determination to share this life changing practice, that goes beyond the body. Including in your practice meditation, pranayama and philosophy will bring you a deeper understanding of yourself. Each class is an opportunity to expand and soften while creating strength and flexibility, both in the body and mind.

I’m always in search for new inspirations, with several trainings and workshops in between Spain, UK, USA and Denmark I keep complementing, refining, and deepening my offer, to improve my knowledge and to give you personal tools to find your personal practice. I always adapt the classes to my students needs, giving variations for every position, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi you’ll make the practice YOUR PRACTICE.

Teaching is for me a way to keep learning about myself, yoga changed my life, it gave me the strength of facing my fears on and off the mat and moving forward from a life I didn't belong anymore.
It's never ending path through which we have the possibility to explore our body, mind and soul, accepting our bad days, bad moods and learning day by day as soon as we step on our mats that nothing is permanent.

Classes

  • Hatha is a powerful physical practice with more attention to alignment and rather static holds. Infused with techniques such as Pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Focusing on slow conscious movement and a willful use of breath, Hatha redefines the way we apply strength and control into our practice.

  • Literally meaning ‘to flow with your breath’, vinyasa is a dynamic class weaving together powerful postures and breath in a creative and meditative flow. You get to explore your physical and mental barriers through sequences that work with both strength, mobility and flexibility. Improving your body awareness and control we’ll be heating up through conscious and explorative movements.

  • Dharma Yoga is a yoga method based on the teaching of Sri Dharma Mittra, who has devoted more than 50 years of his life to practicing and teaching the knowledge of Yoga. Rooted in Ahimsa, non-violence, Dharma classes are playful and fun with yogic concepts explained in a non-complicated way. Through this practice you’ll develop strength, endurance and calmness that will translate into your daily life.
